Forward offices in Camden, by Jump Studios
The latest issue of FX features my photos of the rather surreal Camden offices of media technology company Forward.
Designer Jump Studios was given the brief of connecting two premises, creating a large workplace over two floors, with support for a variety of different social functions such as music and games rooms, café and presentation space.
Each room has been given its own individual treatment, taking reference from a wide variety of sources including Alice in Wonderland and the computer game Super Mario. There are plenty of surreal moments, including a giant lobster and oversized staircase used as raked seating for presentations and events.
