MVMNT Café brightens up Greenwich
Last week, the MVMNT pop-up café in Greenwich, designed by Studio Myerscough, was awarded ‘highly commended’ in the AJ Small Projects Awards 2013. As a shortlisted entry, it was also given its own magazine cover.
I shot the café last autumn, trying to make the most of a fairly dull day to bring out the vibrant colours used by Studio Myerscough in the design. Commissioned by developer Cathedral Group, the café heralds the arrival of a new mixed-use development, on a former industrial site next to Greenwich station.
With its recent success, I thought it was about time I posted some images of the project!
