I offer a wide range of services, harnessing the assistance of experts in other fields when required. Central to all my work is the desire to add value for clients.

Photography

While most of my photographic commissions are of architectural and interior projects, my work also includes portraits, products plus reportage/travel photography.

Writing

I have more than 15 years of journalism experience spanning writing, commissioning and editing. As well as writing for magazines, I also undertake copywriting commissions as well as writing/editing for other organisations. Recent examples of my work includes producing case studies and marketing material for CABE’s Spaceshaper programme, editing its Design Review annual report and delivering a clutch of case studies – with photography – for the Sea Change regeneration programme.

I’m also frequently asked to produce interesting and accessible reports – with photography – of major conferences and events.

Other work includes marketing support for a broad scope of clients, such as press releases, case studies and advertising copy for furniture manufacturer Bisley.

Film

With the boundaries between still photography and video becoming increasingly blurred, I have undertaken a clutch of high profile film projects for clients. These include a collection of short films about the Milan Furniture Fair for the Design Icons campaign at Harrods, editing a promotional film for 100% Design 2010, a series of installation videos for specialist flooring manufacturer Flowcrete and school building case studies for HBG/bam.

Collaboration

The creative consultancy fuwagardner was launched in 2007, co-founded with former Blueprint art director Junko Fuwa. We have worked on a range of projects encompassing photography/graphic design/art direction/copywriting/marketing strategy/video for clients including 100% Design, Burgbad, Harrods and Jones Associates Architects.

I’m also a consultant to the boutique PR agency Informare, working with a host of clients including design consultancy Platform, furniture manufacturer Bisley and specialist contractor General Demolition.
